Enjoyable Books - كتب للأطفال

                                                   بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The Kitab Club focuses on getting children reading Arabic literature and gaining a connection with the language through books. Children in the club create many of their own books by writing stories to help foster an interest in books. There are many different children books out there ranging from beginners to advance readers, its just a matter of finding the suitable level book for those learning the language. Below is a storybook written and illustrated by I.M. at the time when she was 8.

The Joy of writing story books in Arabic.

Some of our favorite books from our Homeschooling Arabic library

These are just some of the creative, enjoyable books the kids love to read. Through these books and many more, the Arabic language becomes real for them. We liked these stories either because of their uniqueness, story line, vibrant pictures, and colorful illustrations. From real stories like Stories of the Prophets to playful stories like the book about an annoying brother. We like to share books, and welcome others to read from our collection:-)

                                                     40 Hadith Nabawiy

                                                            Stories of the Prophets

"Never Finished. Never Done!"

This cute and colorful book brings about a story of morals and responsibility. The girl is excited for she has a break from school and eagerly wants her mom to take her somewhere fun to play. But before she can do so, she has to help out with household chores.  As she is completing a chore a other one seems to just pop up. And as she is helping her mom with housework chores she is learning the value of having a tidy home and respecting /appreciating the things she owns. Work, work, work .....doesn't end and its never finishes!

"The Cat with the Long Shoes"

      "Stories of the Prophets"

"Falfoolah"                                                          " Bed for the Winter"

"Raagidah the Copy Cat"

Raagidah the copy cat, is a about a little girl name Raagidah. She is new to school and when she enters the classroom, she is assigned a chair behind another girl name Reema. Well Raagidah is amazed by her and copies everything Reema says, does and wear. Day after day, Raagidah eagerly awaits to see what Reema will wear to school and talk about in class. During lunch break, the children go home to eat, but for Raagidah this is a perfect opportunity for her to change into something similar to Reema''s outfit just in time to return to school after lunch break. Raagidah does this everyday until Reema can no longer stand it. In the end two lessons learned: 1. love who you are and 2. its okay to be different!
